TechTarget (NASDAQ: TTGT) has announced the rescheduling of its investor day to take place after the closure of the transaction with Informa Tech’s digital businesses, which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2024. This move is to ensure the event can fully focus on the newly combined company’s vision, growth outlook, and new product opportunities.

In connection with the proposed transaction, Toro CombineCo, Inc. filed a registration statement on Form S-4 containing a preliminary proxy statement of TechTarget, Inc. that also constitutes a preliminary prospectus of NewCo.
