TechTarget reschedules investor day post-Informa Tech merger

TechTarget (NASDAQ: TTGT) has announced the rescheduling of its investor day to take place after the closure of the transaction with Informa Tech’s digital businesses, which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2024. This move is to ensure the event can fully focus on the newly combined company’s vision, growth outlook, and new product opportunities.

In connection with the proposed transaction, Toro CombineCo, Inc. filed a registration statement on Form S-4 containing a preliminary proxy statement of TechTarget, Inc. that also constitutes a preliminary prospectus of NewCo. Shareholders are urged to read the preliminary proxy statement/prospectus and any other relevant documents filed by TechTarget or NewCo with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as they will contain important information about the proposed transaction and related matters.
