In addition to these dividend declarations, Ellington Financial anticipates completing the redemption of all 957,133 outstanding shares of its 8.250% series E fixed-to-floating rate cumulative redeemable preferred stock (NYSE: EFC PR A) on December 13, 2024. The redemption price for the series E preferred stock is estimated to be $25.540558 per share, which consists of the $25.00 per share liquidation preference plus an estimated accrued and unpaid dividend of $0.540558 per share to the redemption date.
