Insteel Industries Inc. (NYSE: IIIN) has announced the appointment of Blake Doyle to its board of directors, effective immediately. Ms. Doyle, currently a Managing Director at Chevy Chase Trust Company, brings a wealth of experience in capital markets and institutional investor outreach to the board. She will serve on the Audit Committee and her term runs through the 2025 annual meeting of shareholders.

Insteel Industries is the nation’s largest manufacturer of steel wire reinforcing products for concrete construction applications, with a product portfolio that includes prestressed concrete strand and welded wire reinforcement. The company's products are primarily used in nonresidential construction and are sold to manufacturers of concrete products.
