- 4.500% Notes due 2044: $892.11
- 4.375% Notes due 2055: $805.74
- 4.250% Notes due 2029: $980.68
- 4.200% Notes due 2028: $987.67
The offers will expire at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on December 12, 2024, unless extended or earlier terminated. The initial settlement date is expected to be December 16, 2024, and the guaranteed delivery settlement date is expected to be December 18, 2024.
AIG has retained BofA Securities, Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the lead dealer managers, with Global Bondholder Services Corporation serving as the information agent and tender agent.
