Winnebago Industries Appoints Oshkosh Executive to Board

Winnebago Industries, Inc. has appointed Mike Pack, a senior executive for Oshkosh Corporation, to its board of directors, effective January 8, 2025. Pack will serve on the Audit Committee and Technology and Innovation Committee of the Winnebago Industries board.

Mike Pack is an executive vice president at Oshkosh, a global industrial technology company. He has been with Oshkosh Corporation since 2006 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Pack brings with him strong executive leadership and experience to the board.

This appointment follows the retirement of Richard Moss in December 2024, who served on the Winnebago Industries’ board of directors for seven years. Kevin Bryant, who has served on the company’s board since 2021, has been appointed to succeed Moss as chair of the Audit Committee.
