Amphenol Acquires CommScope and Lifesync

Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) has completed the acquisition of CommScope's (NASDAQ: COMM) outdoor wireless networks (OWN) and distributed antenna systems (DAS) businesses. This acquisition is expected to generate approximately $1.3 billion in sales for the full year of 2025. Additionally, the acquisition is anticipated to be approximately $0.06 accretive to Amphenol's 2025 earnings per share, excluding acquisition-related expenses.

Furthermore, Amphenol has also closed the acquisition of Lifesync Corporation, a high-technology provider of interconnect products for medical applications, which generates annual sales of approximately $100 million.

Amphenol's President and CEO, R. Adam Norwitt, expressed excitement about the acquisition, noting that it brings a strong portfolio of innovative and advanced technologies for communications networks to Amphenol.
