Tidewater completed its acquisition of Wilson Sons Ultratug Participações and its affiliate Atlantic Offshore Services on August 31, 2026, adding a fleet of 22 platform supply vessels to its own operations.
The deal expands Tidewater’s presence in Brazil and increases its offshore support vessel footprint. Tidewater said the WSUT fleet is a complement to its existing fleet and strengthens its position in offshore support vessels globally.
Quintin Kneen, Tidewater’s president and chief executive officer, said the company is welcoming new employees from WSUT as part of the transaction.
