Mid Penn Bancorp Adds Former TD Bank CEO to Board

Mid Penn Bancorp named Gregory B. Braca to its board of directors, effective September 16, 2026.

Braca brings more than 40 years of financial services experience to the role. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of TD Bank, where he oversaw the U.S. retail, commercial, and specialty banking businesses at a bank with more than $400 billion in assets. Before becoming CEO, he was chief operating officer and head of corporate and specialty banking.

Mid Penn said Braca is currently chairman of Ironlight, a tokenized exchange ATS for real-world assets. He also sits on the board of Intellicheck and serves as a senior advisor to Star Mountain Capital and Myota. He has also chaired the New York Bankers Association.

The appointment adds a former top executive from one of the 10 largest banks in the United States to Mid Penn’s board as the company continues to operate 62 retail locations across Pennsylvania and central and southern New Jersey and manage about $7 billion in total assets. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved 1.83%, and are now trading at a price of $36.72. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
