Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT) has appointed Sara Baack to its board of directors, effective February 20, 2024. With the addition of Baack, the board now comprises nine members, up from the previous eight.

Sara Baack brings a wealth of experience in product development and marketing across various industries, along with C-level executive experience. She is currently a founding partner at Snowhawk LP, a private investment firm targeting strategic majority investments in businesses powering the economy's digital transition across cloud, connectivity, and technology services sectors. Previously, she served as the Chief Product Officer of Equinix, Inc. from 2019 to 2022 and as the company's Chief Marketing Officer from 2012 to 2019. Baack also currently serves on the board of cloud management firm ProsperOps. She holds a B.A. from Rice University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
