Alliant Energy Finance, LLC (AEF), a subsidiary of Alliant Energy Corporation, has announced the pricing of a private offering of $375 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% senior unsecured notes, due on June 6, 2027. The company will fully and unconditionally guarantee the notes on a senior unsecured basis.
The net proceeds from the offering are intended to be used to reduce the company’s outstanding commercial paper and for general corporate purposes.
The notes will be offered and sold to qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. persons.
