Nextracker, a global leader in intelligent solar tracker and software solutions, has announced the appointment of Charles “Chuck” Boynton as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective after he completes his current tenure in May 2024. Boynton brings over 30 years of finance and accounting experience, as well as significant expertise in the solar industry, having previously served as CFO of Logitech International S.A. and EVP and CFO of Plantronics, Inc.

Shugar also praised Bennett's effective tenure as CFO, particularly during the company's IPO and recent spin-out from Flex, and anticipates that Bennett's experience will be valuable as Nextracker continues to scale globally.
