Vertiv (NYSE: VRT) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share of the company's class A common stock. This dividend will be payable on March 28, 2024, to shareholders of record of class A common stock at the close of business on March 19, 2024.

In the previous period, the quarterly cash dividend was also $0.025 per share, indicating no change in the dividend amount.
