Smart Global Holdings, Inc. (SGH) has announced the appointment of Nate Olmstead as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on June 26, 2024. In his new role, Olmstead will lead SGH’s worldwide finance organization, overseeing accounting, internal audit, investor relations, financial planning and reporting, tax, and treasury.
Nate Olmstead brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership at global technology companies to SGH. His most recent position was as the CFO of Logitech, a multinational technology company. Prior to that, he spent 16 years at Hewlett Packard Company and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, holding various financial leadership roles.
Olmstead holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in quantitative economics from Stanford University.
