Autoliv (ALV) Declares 68 Cent Dividend

Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV.SDB), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, has declared a quarterly dividend of 68 cents for the first quarter of 2024. The dividend will be payable to holders of record on the close of business on Tuesday, March 12, with an ex-date of Monday, March 11, for holders of common stock and Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs). The dividend will be payable on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, to holders of Autoliv common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and on Thursday, March 28, 2024, to holders of Autoliv SDRs listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Anders Trapp, an investor relations contact at Autoliv, commented on the company's performance, stating, "In 2023, our products saved close to 35,000 lives and reduced more than 450,000 injuries. Our close to 70,000 associates in 25 countries are passionate about our vision of saving more lives, and quality is at the heart of everything we do."

The company's shares have moved 0.7%, and are now trading at a price of $111.28.
