Autoliv Renews €3 Billion EMTN Programme

Autoliv, Inc. has announced the renewal of its €3,000,000,000 guaranteed Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN Programme) for one year, approved by the funding committee of the board of directors. The renewal will enable the company to leverage funding opportunities in the capital markets and from institutional investors through the issuance of notes.

The base listing particulars for the renewed EMTN Programme, dated March 6, 2024, have been approved by Euronext Dublin and are available for viewing on its website. In 2023, Autoliv's products saved 35,000 lives and reduced over 450,000 injuries, with sales amounting to US $10.5 billion.
