LKQ Corporation has appointed Andrew Clarke to its board of directors, effective July 22, 2024. With this addition, the board now consists of ten members, eight of whom are independent. Mr. Clarke brings over 20 years of executive, operational, and financial experience in global transportation and logistics industries.
Prior to joining the board, Mr. Clarke served as the Chief Financial Officer at C.H. Robinson, the largest freight broker in the U.S., from 2015 to 2019. During his tenure, he contributed to the company achieving total revenue growth of $3 billion and returning $2 billion to shareholders.
Furthermore, Mr. Clarke has held significant executive roles in companies such as Panther Expedited Services, Inc. and Forward Air Corporation. He currently serves on the board of Element Fleet Management, a TSX-listed global leader in the fleet management industry.
