HNI Corporation (NYSE: HNI) has elected David Roberts, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Verra Mobility Corporation (NASDAQ: VRRM), to its Board of Directors. Mr. Roberts brings 30 years of expertise in technology, innovation, finance, entrepreneurship, strategy, and general management to the board, and will join the Board’s Public Policy and Corporate Governance Committee.

Following Mr. Robert’s election, the Board of Directors of HNI now has eleven directors – ten independent outside directors and the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
