ChargePoint (NYSE: CHPT) has announced the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer, Mansi Khetani, effective July 9, 2024. She brings extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate development, M&A, and investment banking. Additionally, Ash Chowdappa has joined as the Chief Development Officer for Software, bringing with him nearly 25 years of experience in technology leadership roles.

Furthermore, Mitesh Dhruv has joined ChargePoint's board and will serve as a member of the audit committee. He has close to 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, including a career on Wall Street as an equity analyst.
