Iovance Biotherapeutics Boosts Revenue Guidance

Iovance Biotherapeutics said June 2026 commercial momentum for Amtagvi continued to build, with more than 90 treatment centers authorized as of May 7, up from a smaller rollout base earlier in the launch. The company said more than 1,500 patients have now been treated with its commercial and clinical TIL products across the U.S., Canada and Australia.

Revenue guidance for the second quarter was set at $86 million to $88 million, while full-year 2026 revenue guidance was raised to $350 million to $370 million. The company also pointed to about 45% year-over-year quarterly revenue growth and said cash on hand was about $319 million as of March 31, 2026.

The company highlighted a broadening commercial footprint for Amtagvi in advanced melanoma. More than 75% of patients were covered by private payers, and typical time to financial clearance was about three weeks. It said the patient journey from primary oncologist to ATC treatment and back to community care took about 31 days.

On the treatment-center side, Iovance said it now has over 90 authorized centers, including its first center in Canada in Toronto. The company described a target population of 10,000 people or fewer per center and said its manufacturing facility in Philadelphia has capacity for up to 5,000 patients per year.

In melanoma, the company cited 5-year follow-up data showing a 31.4% objective response rate, 19.7% overall survival, and a median duration of response of 36.5 months in previously treated advanced melanoma. It also pointed to real-world data showing a 52% response rate overall, including 44% in one subgroup and 33% in another, with a 73% disease control rate in one cohort.

Iovance said its frontline and later-line melanoma opportunity remains large, citing 70,000 patients in the overall 1L+ advanced melanoma market opportunity and 8,500 potential U.S. patients in the 2L+ advanced melanoma population. The company also pointed to a lung cancer opportunity with more than 7 times the U.S. melanoma opportunity in second-line metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and said a registrational trial in advanced sarcomas is under way. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 8.56% to a price of $4.31. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
