AMC Entertainment adds Marcus Glover to Board

AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. has elected Marcus Glover to its board of directors, effective September 12, 2024. He will serve as a Class I director with a term expiring at the company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders and will be a member of the audit committee. Glover brings extensive financial, operational, and management experience, having served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bally's Corporation since May 2023.
