Imperial Oil Executive to Lead Exxon Mobil's North America Lubes Division

Imperial (TSE: IMO, NYSE American: IMO) announced that Sherri Evers, the current Senior Vice President for Sustainability, Commercial Development, and Product Solutions, will assume the role of North America Lubes General Manager for Exxon Mobil Corporation, effective March 1, 2025.

Evers, who has been with Imperial since 1998, has played a pivotal role in the company's strategic projects, including the development of the Strathcona renewable diesel project and the new low carbon solutions business. She has also been instrumental in plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at Imperial's operations and was involved in the formation of the Pathways Alliance to reduce emissions from oil sands operations.

Imperial is set to announce Evers' replacement at a later date.
