American Tower names Bud Noel as COO

American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) has announced the appointment of Eugene ("Bud") Noel as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 13, 2025. Bud Noel, who previously served as the Executive Vice President and President of the U.S. Tower Division, is set to take on the newly created global position overseeing American Tower's global operations and IT.

During his tenure, Bud Noel drove operational excellence across the company's U.S. business, with a focus on efficiency, asset quality, technology, and customer service. Additionally, Richard ("Rich") Rossi, who currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel of U.S. Tower, will succeed Bud Noel as Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Tower, effective January 13, 2025.
